Casa del Bruc is set in the tranquil Cap-Marti area at the end of a short cul-de-sac with only two other houses in the midst of pine trees and with a lovely view of the MONTGO Mountain. It is a spacious older style villa with terraced gardens and kidney shaped pool (10m x 4.5m approx.) and a large purpose built barbecue. | |  | There is a terrace with table and chairs close to the barbecue, and also terracing around the house. The house could easily be divided into two floors, with an internal locking door. The main entrance is up steps to a large open terrace, typical of the area, overlooking the garden and pool. The terrace is set out for dining and for sitting, overlooking the pool. Sliding doors leading into the spacious lounge/dining room with an open fireplace. An arch leads upstairs to a roof terrace, a door leads to the kitchen and another arch leads to the sleeping accommodation. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, washing machine and gas cooker, and a door leading to the rear of the terrace and drying area. There are two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom with a balcony. All the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. There is a full bathroom with a bath/shower, washbasin, bidet and WC and a shower room with washbasin, bidet and WC. From the hallway by the bedrooms are internal stairs with lockable door leading downstairs to two large rooms containing the table-tennis table and the pool table.
Off these rooms are four twin-bedrooms (one with ensuite shower room) with wardrobes and chests. There is a kitchenette with fridge and gas hob. There is also another full bathroom with bath/shower, washbasin and WC. Doors lead from the kitchenette to the garden. This house can easily be divided into two if you are a small family and do not wish to use all the accommodation.
